Removed old pipe and reinstalled sealing joints with new sealant. Gas pressure test showed another leak in kitchen under stove top. Removed thread protection coupling and eliminated the need to have it, shortened pipe and reconnect with existing union. Retested lines and held at 10 psi
Kitchen sink trap had debree caught in trap. Cleaned, and provided customer with bio clean.
Performed maintenance on the power fan humidifier. Replaced the water panel. Shut down the humidifier for the season. The condenser running at 7.9 fla. Capacitor is new. Replaced the hard start system. 244v. 27 low voltage. Hosed off the condenser. Thank you!! Lee Davison, tech 1801hd.
Snaked and cleared lavatory sink drain pvc around 16 ft pulled back hair gunk tested running lot of water everything draining properly recommended replace pop up assembly not responsible any leak in the pop up bio clean priority club service
Replace both angle valve h/c in the h/b 2 floor
Psi 64 replaced shut off valve 5/8x3/8 with supply line and escutcheon tested x leak everything ok (one year warranty parts and labor)also snaked/cleared water closet with auger flushed multiple times and flushing ok not warranty stoppage same toilet upstairs hall bathroom (replace water closet flapper no charge courtesy)
Had burner from canceled job. John Hutton to attach to call from truck stock. Pulled burner and cleaned, reassemble system and tried to get going. Found burner flame sensor failed. Installed new burner in 4 year old unit and cleaned combustion area to ensure burn is good Tested with multiple cycles and working properly at this time System must stay clean and clear of dust and debris to ensure proper operations. 2 year warranty on burner only.

Performed annual semi heat maintenance and Bryant gas furnace and straight Ac, check air filter customer will replace, check all safeties, pull and clean flame sensor, replace humidifier pad , all coils are clean , uv lamp ok , system operational.
